Our collection technicians have all passed the most rigorous recruitment and training programme in our industry to ensure they are trained and certified to administer alcohol and drug testing in an appropriate manner. Whether it is breath, urine, oral fluid or hair testing, each procedure will be carried out in compliance with the European Workplace Drug Testing Guidelines.
We also provide an independent ‘Random Selection Programme’, which enables you to demonstrate your testing programme is fair, reliable and legally defensible. If your onsite facilities are not suitable for legally defensible testing, we can provide a clinic locally or attend your site with one of our mobile units
Hampton Knight offers a complete counselling and support service for employees with an alcohol or drug dependency. The health and wellbeing of your people is important to us, which is why we create programmes to help those with a dependency, not punish them.
Should an employee need counselling, they will be required to sign a counselling contract, which can be provided by Hampton Knight.
The employee will have an initial assessment by one of our associate counsellors who will recommend the most appropriate treatment programme. Initial assessments can be carried out onsite or at a local clinic and are treated with complete confidentiality.
A full counselling programme will then be agreed with you and your employee, that will be managed with our support, with the aim of returning the employee to normal work.
